When it comes to buying or selling a home we all have friends and relatives who have experience and knowledge which they feel qualifies them as experts in the field of Real Estate. We love our family and we love friends, so we listen to their advice and suggestions, but we are still unsure. I personally have moved 9 times which averages approximately once every 6 years. So I have had my share of both good moves and bad moves.

The state of North Carolina holds its realtors to a high standard to insure the protection of both buyers and sellers in the real estate market. I graduated from the J. Y. Monk school of Real Estate. I am a member of the North Carolina Realtors Assocation, Charlotte North Carolina Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Carolina's Multiple Listing Service, Licensed in both North & South Carolina.

In the world of Real Estate I consider myself well rounded. It has been my pleasure to work with Sellers, Buyers, and I have also had experience working with Short Sales.
