About Us:
As a former Realtor®, Judy built the foundation for a successful staging business. When she relinquished her license she remained active in the industry. While honing her marketing skills and developing a career in Project Management for sales and marketing professionals, Judy continued to help friends arrange and accessorize their homes and prepare them for sale. In early 2004 she launched a Home Staging and Interior Redesign business called Refined Spaces, so that she could use her talent and love of artful arrangement professionally.
Judy specializes in the Delaware beach market; however, she continues to serve homeowners throughout Delaware and in Southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to Real Estate Staging services, Judy offers Interior Design and Redesign services, specializing in paint consultations.
Judy is an Accredited Staging Professional, certified through the www.stagedhomes.com training. She is also certified to teach Continuing Education Classes in staging to Realtors in PA and Delaware. She has taught classes at Tri-State Real Estate School, Delaware Technical & Community College and for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
