It will emphasize your professionalism and offer numerous resources to help your leads and clients with their home buying and selling needs.
Unbranded Site
An unbranded site (ex: www.LawtonHomeInfo.com) is used when you want to attract leads who are not comfortable contacting an agent. The site prevents a visitor from feeling intimidated because it doesn't look as if it's owned by a sales person, but rather it appears to be just an information source. Once the comfort zone is built with the visitor, the site then focuses on offering compelling content to the visitor so that they are happy to leave their contact information in exchange for what you're offering. When sellers fill out forms on these websites, their contact information is sold to the real estate agent in the area who has reserved all the leads for that particular county. First, you don't have to buy all the leads in the county. With other services, you reserve the entire county and have to commit to purchase every lead that comes in whether it's three or thirty three per month.
