I first became acquainted with Reginald when my family and I moved from Vermont to Virginia.  I searched the web for area realtors.  Century 21 put me in contact with him.  Our first conversation he took down what my husband and I were looking for and what price range we could afford.  Due to our children attending Carver Middle School we needed a home in that particular school district, so the children would not have to be pulled out of the new school.

From the beginning Reginald assisted us by setting up a personal selection of homes and emailed almost daily houses he thought fit our profile.  We looked at several houses, he didn't mind coming out when it was convenient for us to view the houses.  This took several weeks.  Then we finally found the home for us.

During the purchasing and closing on the home we chose, Reginald did everything.  Helped us find a better mortgage company and negotiated between the seller.  Leaving us with a worry free situation.  He answered every question we had, as we are first home buyers.
