I am a Jacksonville native who resides in the cities oldest neighborhood. I pride myself on extreme customer service as I have over 20 years of retail/customer service experience!

About Me:

I am a Historic Home Nut!  I have to blame this on my parents as I grew up in a home built in 1919 in the Riverside/Avondale neighborhood of Jacksonville.  Every weekend my father was working on some project around the house - and that has led to this life long rehab obsession.  My partner and I are currently rehabbing a 1912 American Venacular home in Historic Springfield and it has been an interesting proposition.  Not only has this been the largest rehab - but also the toughest.  With materials cost going through the roof, it has slowed the progress to a very slow pace.  All in all though, it's been a rewarding experience to see this home brought back to it's former glory.  We have also been rehabbing a beautiful 1908 Victorian style home and will be finished with it very soon.  I think that is what I love the most about real estate, it the ability to connect people with the dream of owning a home.  Not everyone wants to be in an old home - and that's cool with me.  But knowing that you are helping someone find the place to call their own has been an extremely rewarding career for me!

I have over 20 years of customer service experience through my retail background.  From my store level management with both the Kmart Corporation and Federated Department Stores to my buying experience I learned that follow up and listening to what my customers want would be the key to my success.  I understand and respond to my customers needs and have been successful whatever they may be looking for.

Historic Homes have been my passion and I have personally rehabbed 4 homes.  I understand the difficulties that come up in a renovation and can help my customers understand the pitfalls and JOYS of older home ownership.  I have contacts through lenders and insurance providers who specialize in historic homes and have saved deals through those contacts.
