I live in California and I own two investment properties in Carolina Beach. Before I contacted Victory, I had two awful tenants living in my properties. One was three months behind and the other two months. I was referred to Victory and they helped me get my properties back on track. They evicted the first one and leased it back within a month and a half. The new tenant for that property pays the rent on time every month. They were able to work out a payment plan with second tenant and now they are paid up. Great property managers and I would highly recommend them!
