Rachel Reid, the Reid Team Leader, brings many years of business experience as well as many years of Real Estate experience. I have happily been assisting clients with their Arizona real estate needs for over 5 years. My ability to treat my real estate career as a business while treating my clients with the utmost respect has made me a top producer throughout my career.

I earned my MBA with Marketing concentration from the Simon School of Business in Rochester, NY while working full time as a Product Manager for a consumer packaged goods manufacturer. I bring to real estate my marketing expertise and business acumen as well as a genuine desire to exceed my clients' expectations.

In an effort to give back to my profession, I am an office mentor and teach several classes to the new agents. I also participate in a brainstorming program called "Master Minds", and I am a member of my office's Agent Leadership Council.

Born and raised in Arizona I have witnessed the explosive growth in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We live in a great state that continues to see growth and a great city that is ranked in the top 10 of major metro areas. I currently live in Scottsdale, AZ and absolutely love my neighborhood, Park Scottsdale. I received my undergraduate degree in accounting and after many years of working in corporate America I went back to school to receive my Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

I bring over 15 years of product marketing and advertising expertise to real estate. While serving a Fortune 500 telecommunications company, I learned the importance of hard work, marketing strategy and serving customers. I have a strong work ethic and an even stronger propensity to provide my clientele with superior service.

I enjoy leading a healthy, active lifestyle and spending time with my family, friends, and my little dog Sammy. I strongly believe in giving back to our community by serving and participating in charitable organizations including Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Phoenix Children's Hospital and The Smile Organization, just to name a few.

I have lived all over this great place we call the Valley of the Sun and having been born and raised in the Greater Phoenix area, I have seen many neighborhoods spring up from orange groves and cotton fields. My family and I currently live in Scottsdale Ranch and enjoy all of the amenities that this wonderful master-planned community has to offer!

When my college athletics were ended by injury I decided to enter corporate America. I earned my degree in Business Management and put it to work for several Fortune 500 companies, including Home Depot and GE. At those companies I learned the power of providing my customers with world class service while creating win-win relationships. I have traveled the world and seen many places, but I always return to Arizona because it is truly the greatest place to live!

To keep healthy and relax, I enjoy playing basketball, working out and spending time with my family and friends. I am also a strong believer in community service and helping those who are less fortunate. I have been involved in several projects through Habitat for Humanity, St. Mary's Food Banks, and Boys and Girls Clubs to name a few.

After growing up and residing in New Jersey, my family and I moved to Fountain Hills, Arizona in 2004. We love the lifestyle, the weather and the majestic beauty of this magnificent state.

My husband and I owned and operated retail food establishments for years prior to moving to Arizona. Having that type of background has given me an understanding of the value of a good customer. I focus on exemplary customer service. While listening to your needs and dreams, whether it is a first time home or second, I will search until I find just the right home for you. "I first met Rachel as I was relocating with my employer from Phoenix to New Jersey. I was working with a realtor provided by my relocation company and had questions about some of the recommendations I was receiving. Rachel took several phone calls from me, provided answers and even did research on my behalf, without expecting anything in return. She was simply acting as a responsible professional.
