I am learning so much about Real Estate, Investments, and Entrepreneurship, that I am just so happy and excited to be alive in such a time as this! These are the perfect times, and most of us don't even know it.

About Us:

Hola amigos! I was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and raised half there and the other half in Anchorage, Alaska. Pretty crazy right? Well I moved to NYC in October of 2002 because I wanted to make it BIG in the music industry. I packed my things, as many of them as I could bring, and drove down to New York City with one of my best friends who had just finished his Army contract. It took us 10 days to get to New York City from Anchorage, Alaska, but we got there in one piece and we didn't kill each other on the way! Now that was a huge accomplishment for both of us.

I have been living in NYC since that time and I must say that: I LOVE NEW YORK! Enough about me, what about you? How can I help you? Let's talk and see how we can be of service to each other. I have an online business that has to do with wireless phones and service, direct tv deals, satellite tv deals, home phone service, internet service, and videophone service (Can you see me now?). I am also looking to purchase my first property in the JFK area (Queens, NY), and I am also a beginner in stock investing. I love people and I love to help.

Areas of Expertise

I have studied and continue to study social neuroscience, conflict resolution, leadership, and Christianity. I enjoy it very much.

I teach and train people in the home based business and personal development areas. I'm a life coach for kids and teens, teaching "Life Skills" by way of mentoring and genuine friendship.

I have a little over 4 years experience in the home based business and network marketing industry. I'm also a singer and a songwriter.
