Areas of Expertise

My professional specialities are in several areas: first time home buyers, waterfront properties and specifically in Chowan and Perquimans counties.  For all buyers, I recently obtained my ABR designation.  Earning this designation is a benefit to those buyers I work with as I am educated and recognized nationally as an expert buyer representative.  This encompasses everything from viewing properties, getting financed, submitting offers, netotiations and closings.  My knowledge and skill will be focused on achieving conditions best suited to you, the buyer.

My properties and expertise lie in Chowan and Perquimans counties.  I travel both areas extensively and know the"lay of the land" including waterfront lots and residential properties.  My sales have been within the city limits, subdivisions and property out in the county.  I am acquainted with town and county zoning rules and regulations, the historical districts and have relationships with managers in both counties.  And while specializing in Chowan and Perquimans counties, I am knowledgeable in Gates, Bertie and Washington counties and can help you find property in these counties as well.
