Sierra Nevada Management Group has been in business for 15 years.   We offer several types of management contracts from one time only rentals to full service management.  Sandy Clark is the broker, Kitty Morris - residential property manager, Kimberly Laguna-administrative assistant and bookkeeper.

Areas of Expertise

We specialize in residential property management.  In additional to our real estate licenses; all agents in our office have the additional property management permit required by law to manage property.  We only handle management and do not do any sales activity.  We manage property for the small investor.  Our portfolio consists of single family residences, condominiums, multi family units and small apartment complexes.
