About anotherU:

I received my paralegal degree in May 1992 and had already secured a job with W. Jack Schroeder, Esquire in Evansville, Indiana.  W. Jack was a leader in the real estate title industry and the 1st to bring title insurance into our area (still heavily used abstracts).  He mentored me and also had me to work in the relocation department which were mostly PPG and Bristol Meyer transferees.  During my time there, I had met another real estate attorney who asked if I would be interested in opening up a closing department for him in August in 1993.  I watched his business grow from just the two of us and a secretary, 2nd in house attorney, 2 additional closers and a pre closer.  I truly felt like a mom who watched her child grow from baby steps to running.  During the wine and dine phases with realtors and building the business, I had met a real estate agent who was nothing like the others, always thinking outside of the box.  One day on a whim, I decided to call her and asked her to give me a call when she had an opening and that was the beginning of my next chapter.  I started to work for Toni VanWormer in August 1998 and got my Indiana real estate license in 1999.  I have attended Craig Proctor seminars, Howard Brinton Seminars and graduated from Howard Brinton Team Training University.  She was at 3.7 million when I started and we grew to over 17 million.  We saw a team of the 2 of us, to 3 buyers agents, 1 runner and 2 staff PLUS the rainmaker and ended with just the two of us.  Toni is transferring to another area so begins yet another chapter. 

I have entered into the real estate virtual assistance world and my niche is Transaction Coordination.  I have mentored under Cathryn Jones (Transaction Coordination) and Kim Hughes (Listing Coordination)...WOW...what a privelge and great excitement!!!!
