Getting to know Justin & Krystal Knott:  Justin was born in Colorado Springs and grew up on the Western Slope.  While earning a Bachelor's Degree at Colorado State University, he fell in love with Summit County through frequent visits to enjoy the many activities the area has to offer.  Krystal was born in Phoenix, Arizona but then moved in the 2nd grade to Breckenridge with her family.  While growing up in Breckenridge, Krystal enhanced her love of skiing through ski racing for Team Breckenridge for 6 years.  She has lived in Summit County ever since except for when she attended and graduated from CSU, where she and Justin met.  In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, attending sporting, art, and theater events in Denver as well as the numerous outdoor activities Summit County and Park County have to offer. 

Krystal has two younger siblings aged 15 and 16 who live in Summit County.  Both Justin and Krystal thoroughly enjoy attending their school events and extracurricular activities such as dance, baseball, golf tournaments, theater, and anything teenagers decide to try for the week. 

Should you or your family be in Breckenridge and are attend one of our local events, be on the lookout for Krystal.  Krystal is a Breckenridge Ambassador with the Breckenridge Resort Chamber and volunteers for many of the Town's events and activities.   This is one way to give back to the town she grew up in and spend time with visitors and locals alike.  Justin & Krystal also enjoy giving back through donations to local organizations that benefit Summit County locals and Coloradoans such as the Summit Foundation and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

When they decided to get involved in the real estate industry they had no idea it could be so rewarding.  Helping families and individuals find houses, condos, land, etc. that enhances their lives and lifestyles is extremely fulfilling.  Keeping in touch and spending time with existing clients when they come to town and getting to know their families is like having an extended family of their own.
