Dennis McVeigh is an experienced real estate agent covering the Philadelphia and New York City markets. Let me start of by saying Thank You! My condo at the Towers had been on the market with another realtor for over eight (8) months. While I was told there were several prospects, not one offer did I receive. Having already purchased another condo I was in the unenviable position of paying two mortgages, two condo fees and maintaining two properties. It was both financially and mentally draining.
