About Us:

For over 25yrs, I have had the privilege and opportunity of working with Individuals, family's and businesses within the Financial Industry. First as a VP of money desk operations with a large Banking Institution back in the early 80's. Unfortunetly, I became a casualty of the Savings & Loan Industry and went into private practice as a Financial/Estate Planning Advisor.  My practice very quickly focused upon Pre and Post Retirees designing and implement wealth buillding  Investment plans & Income strategies. In working with the Retirement community, I was always faced with dealing in probate matters involving Real Estate. Which of course, led me to acquiring my RE. License.  Currently, I specialize as a Buyer's agent and Investment Advisor.  Focusing on Multi-Family, Apartment, and Investment Grade Commercial Real Estate.  Combining my many years of sales experience within the Financial/Investment Industry with my extensive knowledge base of Investment Real Estate, gives my clients the confidence they need to make smart, and prudent, Financial Investment decisions.
