  • I speak conversational Spanish, as well as some Latin, French, Vietnamese & Hmong.
  • I grew up in a construction family and have been exposed to many aspects of the housing industry my entire life.
  • I have knowledge of home and building construction & mechanicals and draw from my vast network of contractors for support in real estate.
  • With a professional background in census and marketing data mapping, I have extensive knowledge of geographic technology and neighborhood demographics.
  • I have many years experience as a property manager and landlord.
  • I have authored and submitted nominations on several properties for the National Register of Historic Places. Seven of my nominations are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
