About Us:
Our offices are located in Olympia/Lacey respectively, but I work in the greater Pacific Northwest throughout Thurston, Lewis, Pierce, Snohomish and King Counties. During my time off you can often find me spending time with my family or at one of the many softball fields throughout the area. I also spend time coaching 10-12 year olds in Little League, Cal Ripken Baseball or just at home in the backyard with my kids. If I'm not on the field then I'm in the water as I enjoy spending time at the beach or the lake and just soaking up the sun.
I am always willing to take time out of my day to work with anyone from the largest to the smallest investors and retailers. You never really know which one will have more influence on your career. Often times I have found that the smallest of contact with one person could lead to the largest potential transaction of your career. Professionalism is the name of the game and I'm hoping to win that game.

Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales and Leasing -
Strong Land Development Background and great working relationship with other Brokers, numerous contact lists that include nationally recognized retailers and many direct contacts with the elusive that will make the final decision. Investment Sales and rate of return investment properties ranging from tenant in common property to NNN leases and even mobile home parks.
Currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and attendee of last 2 national conventions in Las Vegas. Also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, CoStar and Loopnet Multiple Listing Systems. If I can't find it....it's not out there.
Even though I am a member of these systems, I'm also a strong believer that good old fashioned driving the market is often necessary to identify properties for future acquisition and/or development. Hitting the streets and locating the suitable property for the client in need is not only a fantastic transaction, but also creates a stronger relationship between agents and clients.
Tenant Represenations include Black Bear Diner, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral and HR Block, and WinCo Foods.
Corporate Land Representations include Yi and Associates, ADC Real Estate Group and the State of Washington. Pageantry Homes, DR Horton and Quadrant are also associates that I tend to check in with from time to time to keep current on land holdings and their recent acquisitions.
Landlord representations include retail facilities located in Lacey, Hawks Prairie, Centralia, West Olympia and Tacoma.
