Currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and attendee of last 2 national conventions in Las Vegas. Also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, CoStar and Loopnet Multiple Listing Systems. If I can't find it....it's not out there.
Even though I am a member of these systems, I'm also a strong believer that good old fashioned driving the market is often necessary to identify properties for future acquisition and/or development. Hitting the streets and locating the suitable property for the client in need is not only a fantastic transaction, but also creates a stronger relationship between agents and clients.
Tenant Represenations include Black Bear Diner, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral and HR Block, and WinCo Foods.
Corporate Land Representations include Yi and Associates, ADC Real Estate Group and the State of Washington. Pageantry Homes, DR Horton and Quadrant are also associates that I tend to check in with from time to time to keep current on land holdings and their recent acquisitions.
Landlord representations include retail facilities located in Lacey, Hawks Prairie, Centralia, West Olympia and Tacoma.
