About Us:
Ryan Haddock began his career in Commercial Real Estate in May of 2005, and became affiliated with Sound Advisors, LLC in September of 2008. At Sound Advisors he has become one of the most active Thurston County Commercial Brokers not only representing some of the top national clients but also serving as a tenant broker to several national retail chains.
Before entering the real estate industry, Ryan worked as a journeyman electrician, where he was lead journeyman for several crews and in charge of new construction wiring for large subdivisions. These projects were in both the private and public sector allowing him to build his contact base and extensive connections throughout the community. His background and experience in the construction industry has proven to be extremely valuable when evaluating commercial real estate development and redevelopment opportunities for his clients.
Ryan has also pursued vast business opportunities including being a current owner of a national insurance company and a local tanning salon.
