Ron and Becky are two of the areas most trusted and respected Realtors.  They have been working as a team selling Real Estate in the Lincoln area for over 15 years. (Ron has been licensed to sell Real Estate in Nebraska since 1981).  One thing that sets Ron and Becky apart is that they put the needs of others first as a regular part of their life. In addition to their extensive Real Estate background, they live the example. 

Ron:                                                                                                                                                                             * Active Shriner * Past board member of the Lancaster County March of Dimes & Block Captain for The American Heart Association * American Legion member * Post Bugler for Military Services and rites * Ron retired after 33 years in the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve.  His highest enlisted grade was Master Sgt and he retired as a Captain * Background in the Air Force was in Civil Engineering/Constuction & HVAC Systems * taught Real Estate Finance At Southeast Community College and the Larabee School of Real Estate for 6 years * Teacher and elementary school principal in an earlier life.

Becky:                                                                                                                                                                          * Active in fund raising and sewing with Sewing For Babies * Member of Daughters of The Nile, a Shrine Ladies organization * Habitat for Humanity * Former electrician by trade wiring both commercial and residential buildings and also worked as an electrician for Burlington Northern R. R. including maintance and repairs on the locomotives. 

Both Ron and Becky:                                                                                                                                                      * Helped with the Habitat Build on two houses this last year  * Went to El-Salvadore on a Church Mission trip to help teardown and rebuild a cafeteria building on a Lutheran College Campus * Used to build houses as Masterpiece Homes and Becky was the Company President * Both are qualified Real Estate Instructors * Help teach New Agent Orientation at The Lincoln Board of Realtors (RAL).   

We have 2 daughters and one son, now all grown, 5 grand daughters and 1 grandson who all the apples of our eyes!

Areas of Expertise

Becky and Ron both hold the CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) designation.  "Ask for someone who has taken the next step.  Ask for a CRS"  This is the highest designation achievable by the National Association of REALTORS in residential real estate.  It requires not only extensive education by nationally renown instructors, but performance/production requirements as well.  Only approx. 3.3% of all REALTORS nationally have achieved this. 

They both also hold the GRI-Graduate Realtors Institute which is an extensive advanced level of education taught by nationally renowned instructors.  Often the GRI has been likened to the Masters Degree of Real Estate Sales and the CRS to the PhD. 

In addition, even though Nebraska is a Buyers Agency State, meaning that all agents not representing the seller are, by default, Buyers Agents; Only about 11% of the agents locally have bothered to become trained and Nationally Certified as Accredited Buyers Agents and members of REBAC, The Real Estate Buyers Agency Council. 

Ron and Becky have both done not only all of these but are also both Nationally Certified by NAR(Natl Assoc of REALTORS) as E-Pros, which means they have taken training to use electronic means, not only to correspond and send properties etc via e-mail, but also have become adept at electronic E-Marketing, which in todays world, approx 90% of all buyers shop on the internet.  They also provide their clients the the Worlds two largest Real estate web sites: REALTOR.com and RE/MAX.com, in addition to participating in IDX (internet data exchange) and having a sophisticated web presence with their own SellingLincoln.com and numerous links and portals of significance too numerous to list, but include: MSN, google, Wall Street Journal, JournalStar.com etc.etc.   Ron has been an Auctioneer for over 30 years and he and Becky also own some investment property and work with Commercial and Investment property as well specializing in Sales and Leases.
