I work with my husband, Tom Kuczmarski and our son, Joe Flanders at Century 21 Pine Point Realty in Rhinelander. We've enjoyed much success and fully expect to weather the storm so many of us are experiencing. I've been through the ups & downs in different markets so this isn't new to me. I firmly believe we'll come out stronger & better because of this.
I graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a BS in Business Administration. Tom and I live in the Moen Chain of Lakes which is East of Rhinelander. It's a great chain if you enjoy pontooning as there are five different lakes to explore.

My specific area of expertise is residential real estate. We have three categories of residential property in this area....city homes, country homes & waterfront homes & cottages. I've lived 'on water' for twenty-five years and am familiar with most of the lakes over 50 acres in size in Oneida County. I'd be lying if I said I was familiar with all of the lakes in the County because there are over 1100 lakes in this area. The majority (700+) are smaller, unnamed lakes.
