I was born and raised in Rhode Island and just love the New England area. I have lived in Cranston, RI for over 14 years and really enjoy the convenience to just about everything, including some great Italian restaurants.

I just love working in the garden on the weekend or just heading out for a hike in the woods. I love nature and the outdoors. Take me on a kayak trip and I will be gone for oh, all day as there is so much to see and do when you just let yourself relax and really enjoy nature. In the new england area there are so many beaches, parks and wildlife trails, you can't help but get caught up in it. The weekends call for some hiking, biking, eating lobster at the beach or any other great seafood dish, I just wish the days were longer and the nights shorter.

Just recently I headed out on a small road trip and came across a bald eagle who built a nest and started a family, quite the site, photographers everywhere, not surprised as in the small state of RI, I guess it is quite unexpected, however, a great surprise. If you get a chance head out to route 12 in Scituate and you will see what I am talking about. Living in the New England area has been a great pleasure and I do look forward to helping anyone who has an interest in residing in the area or who prefers to move on to another area, give me a call and I would love to discuss the possibilities. Doing business with someone from 3000 miles away requires a lot of trust.  Living in California and being the administrator of my mother's estate in Rhode Island appeared at the onset to be a daunting task.  Deb made it a walk in the park.  She was called to the property on an emergent basis in December and made a very accurate appraisal of the property.  She was given the green light to put the house on the market at the end of March.  She brought in a stager, had the landscaping cleaned up,  hired and managed contractors, made the pertinent upgrades to the house (kitchen, flooring, painting (inside and out), had all personal items removed, and had the property listed on May 8th.   A solid offer was made and accepted on May 21st.   The home inspection ferreted out items that needed to be addressed prior to the closing and Deb was the seamless interface between the buyers and myself.  The icing on the cake was Deb sitting in for me at the closing, saving me yet another trip back to the east coast.  The house closed on August 12 and all parties were satisfied and grateful for a job well done.

I sincerely could not have asked for a better person to work with.

Deb, you are the greatest and we still need a dinner....like seriously.  Of course you like to post real testimonials you wouldn't be so great if you didn't. I have never written a testimonial before and I don't know what to say other then from when I first met you and your staff I was comfortable.
