I first contacted Rhonda Rawlins, owner of Glastonbury Home Staging, South Glastonbury, CT, when one of my listings was not showing as well as I knew that it could if it were staged. I am a big believer in staging and this house needed staging.  My listing was a beautiful high-end home that was vacant. Buyers were just not connecting with the house. Because it was vacant they objected to the flooring, the lighting and commenting that it just left them feeling cold.
