Geri and I started our Real Estate career when the company we both worked for sold out

to a large corporation. Uncertain of our future and not the type to put up with the big

corporate mindset; we decided it best to get our Real Estate license and see what would

happen. Geri and I started, Anglin & Associates Inc. in 2003. We are now

Multi - Million Dollar producers and the number 1 team at Sky Realty.

REALTOR / Accounting Manager with Keller Williams 2001-2004

In 2001 Geri and I went to work within the Keller Williams organization and an

opportunity presented itself to Geri within the company as an accounting manager. This

position gave Geri the insight as to what it takes to run a multi-million dollar company.

She implemented many systems to keep the office of 375 agents (at the time) running

smoothly. In November of 2004 she left to help me run our real estate company. With

her systems and the organizational skills we have made Anglin & Associates a force to

be reckoned with.

During the time Geri was the accounting mgr. I was listing properties at Keller Williams

& working a few buyers; you know the thing REALTORS do. I quickly noticed that

people looking for houses and property didn't care who the listing agent was they only

cared about the location of the property, if they liked it and if they could afford it. And

the buyer's agent didn't care as long as they could reach the listing agent and if they were

easy to work with.

I understood that if I start my own company I could keep more of the money we earned,

be more flexible and able to offer my friends and clients better service options along with

more flexible fees.

Geri started her career in 1998 with JB Goodwin. JB and Buddy were wonderful. It was

a great place for her to start and man did she hit the ground running. During this time I

started out just on the weekends talking with people and listing there homes for sale.

Back then it didn't take a lot of effort to list a property and have a contract on it within a

few weeks. Boy, have times changed.
