I have been involved in all phases of Residential and Commercial Real Estate for well over 25 years. I was the President of David O. Feldmann, Inc., AMO managing over 10,000 units of Residential Property and over 3,000,000 SqFt of Commercial, Retail and Industrial Space. The National Director of Commercial Real Estate for BRIO Realty, Inc., as well as the Regional Manager of all of their East Coast Operations in MD, DC and VA. I was the Director of Commercial Real Estate for RE/MAX Acclaimed. I have been involved in the sales, development and acquisition of residential and commercial land, building selling and or leasing of retail, office and apartments.

As the Prinicpal Broker and Vice-President for Brio Realty Corporation I have known Richard for approximately 3 years and feel he is uniquely qualified to tackle and successfully complete any assignment that may be given to him.
Richard joined our organization as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Demonstrating an incredible initiative and a strong dedication, he moved up the ranks quickly. After only a few months, he was promoted to manager of the Owings Mills, Maryland office where he was responsible for hiring the sales and support staff, as well as overseeing the daily office operations and agent activities. The Board of Directors could not help but notice how successful he was in his new position and quickly offered him another promotion, making him a part of the executive management team as the regional manager of the Maryland and Washington D.C. division, and eventually to the position of overseeing the East Coast operations of the organization. Richard is a take- charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. Not only did he institute the internet marketing program of the company, but he successfully developed and instituted several marketing plans resulting in increased revenue for our company.
Richard leads by example and many people in the company found his enthusiasm and dedication both inspiring and motivating. As a part of the executive management team, Richard worked hard to build authentic relationships with the independent contractor agents and employees. His efforts created a happier and more productive team.
I believe Richard exhibits many of the leadership qualities that are essential for the successful operation of any company. In addition to his fiscal responsibilities, he wrote and instituted effective training modules for sales representatives.
