About Me

Richard H. Zwick lives on two acres in Deland, Florida with his wife and two rescued cats…soon to also include dogs, goats, chickens, and bees! (yes, bees!) This was his dream – to get back to his roots of growing up and working on family farms in Connecticut and later having organic gardens in New Hampshire. Richard has been in real estate in the Orlando area for over 25 years. He has 21+ years of experience with foreclosures, and investing. He has even traveled the country teaching people how to buy and sell real estate. Currently, Richard lives and works in W. Volusia County, between Orlando and Daytona. He focuses on the foreclosure market in Central Florida – primarily N. Seminole, W. Volusia, and E. Lake counties.
