Meet Rich Conley
Welcome! My name is Rich Conley. I am a Southern California based Mortgage Loan Officer employed with Constant Funding, Inc. I am licensed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), the only recognized and legal system of record for mortgage licensing in the United States (NMLS #334659), and the California Department of Real Estate (DRE #01837830).
I have been involved in the mortgage industry for over 8 years. I started as a “trainee”, learning the mortgage business from the ground up. As my passion for the mortgage business grew, I enrolled in and completed the required courses to obtain my Real Estate License.
I became very involved in the entire mortgage process as I was now completing the entire loan; from application to funding! After several years, I decided to expand my knowledge and change course by becoming a Realtor. Although I enjoyed the experience and learned quite a bit, my passion was on the mortgage side of the business. I returned to the mortgage side of the business and haven’t looked back!
I have worked with numerous clients and have not failed them. I work with integrity, direction and purpose while treating each and every client as if they were a family member. As a result, I have received numerous recommendations from past clients. I attribute my success to constantly maintaining a positive and caring attitude towards people while working with a strict Code of Ethics.
Prior to the mortgage business and after graduating high school, I enlisted in the United States Marines where I served four years on active duty and four years as a reserve. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Marines, I became a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department where I have honorably served the citizens of Los Angeles County for more than twenty years while being the recipient of numerous commendations and awards.
I have been happily married to my best friend and wife, Shannon, for 14 years. Together, we raise three great boys and call Corona, California home. Both Shannon and I are active members of Crossroads Christian church and are very dedicated to our Lord and Savior. My family and I love to travel, camp and visit the movie theatre. We also love spending any free time poolside in Palm Desert!
