Greater Chicagoland Home Inspection is a family owned husband and wife inspection company. We provide a professional analysis of your clients home for their protection and peace of mind. Our experience in construction, renovation and historical restoration gives us the opportunity to see how each property is unique.  We focus on the individual needs of both the property and the clients to develop a comprehensive look at their potential investment.

GCHI follows National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) Standards of Practice. We are dedicated to providing your clients with valuable information about their new home. We thoroughly inspect all major components of the property to expose unknown defects or items in need of maintenance.
