Richland Appraisal is comprised of two Certified Residential Appraisers. Myself, Andrew "Mark" Alexander and my partner, Dawn Hancock. That's right, no "processers". WE inspect the property and complete the entire appraisal. We both come from a company that had a "sweat shop" sort of atmosphere. One State Licensed Appraiser, a bunch of Limited Licenses and a bunch of "processors". The appraisers inspected, the processers actually completed most of the appraisals. This is not the way we believe a good and credible appraisal should be done. We believe in 'quality' over 'quantity' and feel that our clients would like the same thing. We keep our clients informed throughout the process and complete the appraisal quickly and accurately. We are honest, down to earth and are committed to providing our clients with top-notch appraisals and friendly, efficient service.

We have a combined 12+ years of appraisal and real estate experience. Our coverage area includes 23+ counties in lower Michigan, including many of the northern counties where it is sometimes difficult to find appraisers. We have extensive experience in rural and complex properties, including REO properties and insurance appraisals for damaged/destroyed homes. Of course, we do plenty of conventional appraisals for mortgage purposes, too!! We can serve all of your appraisal needs!
