Background
	I started in Real Estate in 2001 after a 27 year career with a large telecommunications company. Aside from my work experience, I was a founding member and first president of The Portuguese Water Dog Club of Greater Chicagoland. In that capacity, I published articles in both regional and national dog magazines. I served on the board of directors of a condominium association for nine years, with three terms as board present. All these experiences required the ability to communicate and negotiate with others, providing a good background for real estate sales.
Real Estate Experience
	My estate focus is in residential sales. I have listed and sold all types of properties from lofts and highrise condominiums to single family homes and multiunit buildings. I have been a multimillion dollar producer for several years. but I believe that the most important aspect working in real estate is the ability to work with people. While sales figures are certainly important, building and maintaining good client relationships is critical to continued success.
Education and Designations
	I strongly believe that a better educated Realtor can better serve a client's needs. I obtained my Broker's license in 2003. This requires more in depth training than a sales license. Areas of Expertise

I worked in the City of Chicago prior to moving to Huntley. I have listed and sold all types of residential properties, Condos, Lofts, Single Family and Multiunit buildings. I've worked extensively with buyers, including first time buyers. Huntley has a large Del Webb, Sun City active adult community. To better serve this market, I have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.
