► Your home will be advertised on RichterRealtors.com, Wielandproperties.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Oodle.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Google.com, Yahoo.com, AOL.com, MSN.com, Triangle.com and other real estate websites that feed from the MLS and Realtor.com

► We'll create a unique property website for your home.

► Professional brochures will be placed by the yard sign giving potential buyers ALL the information they need.

► Open houses as necessary. And if possible, invite mortgage brokers that could

further assist any potential buyers.

► We use Centralized Showing Service (CSS), an appointment center.

► Continuous communication. You will be called at least once a week for updates on weekly activity and market conditions. Also, any time the house is shown you will get feedback on what the agent and their customers thought about the home.

► Advertising in local newspapers and real estate guides, e.g., N&O, Holly Springs Sun, Homeplace.

► We are also licensed real estate agents in Florida and are constantly working and assisting relocation buyers and sellers.
