- Pacific Crest Inspections is an independent Home Inspection company located in Anacortes providing house and property inspections in Skagit, Snohomish, Whatcom, San Juan and Island Counties.
About Us:
We perform a visual home inspection of the structure and its systems, as well as an operational check of the various mechanical systems. We evaluate their present condition and life expectancy. Our home inspections often reveal defects that even the seller is not aware of. We provide reports in a easy to read narrative style support with digital pictures. Our philosophy is to provide timely, accurate home inspections while educating the customer about the status and operation of their home.
Rick Bunzel is a Licensed Washington Home Inspector (#312) with 27 years of business experience. He founded Mountain View Property Inspections in Boulder, Co.in 2002 and founded Pacific Crest Inspections in Anacortes in 2005. He also has 25 years experience in the fire service. He has his BA degree in business,Certified ASHI Home Inspector (#249557) is a Certified Real Estate Inspector with the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), Licensed Structural Pest Inspector, a FHA HUD Inspector, a Certified Radon Measurement Specialist with National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), Completed the requirements for Siding Certification Specialist (NEFSI) and member of the North Puget Sound Realtors Association. He was chairman of the Marketing committee for NAHI, is a founding member and formerly on the board of directors for the Rocky Mountain NAHI chapter. Rick has been a regular columnist with the Longmont Times Call and Boulder Sunday Camera. His articles have appeared in the Boulder of Realtor's Review and Longmont Board of Realtors Monthly newspaper as well as NAHI's bi-monthly Forum.
