About Us: TEXAS HILL COUNTRY

                                                     I am a native born Texan...    and I really love this state.    My favorite area is the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Texas is very diverse; offering rolling plains, pine forests, lakes, coastal regions, deserts, mountains and the Hill Country area. All regions are different and offer good things but the Kerrville area is the best for me.  We have beautiful hills up to almost 3000 feet in elevation, crystal clear rock bedded streams and rivers, towering cypress trees and an easy relaxed life style with friendly people.

All the small Hill Country towns offer special themes like Bandera's Cowboy Capital of the World, Fredericksburg great German cuisine and Octoberfest, Medina's Apple Capital of Texas, Comfort (the Star of Texas), Utopia, Leakey, Concan, Lakehills, Mico, Pipe Creek and many others and of course Kerrville.  These are the special places where I sell real estate. These are the places the Guadalupe River, the Medina River, the Frio River and the Pedernales flow through.

I specialize in RESIDENTIAL and Land,           but I also sell businesses and commercial real estate. 

I have a new department in my office for Manufactured Homes in Adult Parks.  Manufactured Home Parks usually cater to seniors age 55 and over.  However, there are some parks that allow adults of every age.  The parks vary in lot rental prices and amenities.  Some have clubhouses, pools, tennis courts, libraries, river front, lakefront, and furnish water and garbage service. I was first licensed in 1978.  I have owned several real estate companies in the North Texas area but retired to the Hill Country several years ago.  I decided to go back to work and recently opened my own office, Ricki Eichler Real Estate.  Our company believes in good customer service and benefits for both buyers and sellers.  I enjoy providing service after the sale and that has always been important to me.  I make a lot of friends in this business and that's why I like it so much.
