My Uncle Dick was my inspiration to get into this Awesome and crazy ever changing business. I learned the values of treating people fair in a transaction from my uncle Dick he was a very respected real estate broker in Coon Rapids Minnesota, They in fact named the Broker of the year award after him it is called "The Richard D Borden" Broker of the year award!

One of the best pieces of advise my uncle Dick taught me was to allways tell the truth! Because he said - if you do You never have to remember what you said!

My passion at the age of 17 was pretty simple. I wanted to own a lake home that had a fire place were my dog could lay in front of it and that I would drive a pick up and do what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it.

Well I am 43 now and I Live on Big Sandy Lake with my wife Leane and I have 2 dogs that love the fire place and I drive a pick up and have 2 Awesome children that love there Mom and Dad very much we are Blessed.

I enjoy fishing whenever I can, One would think that living on such an Awesome lake that I would fish just about every day.... Well guess what - I do not infact I went out 4 times last year. So this year once again I have vowed to get out more and enjoy this great Lake thay I live on and work so hard to promote!
