Prior to joining Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC, Rick Marsh was Owner and Home Inspector for Inspections Services NW. Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC is very proud and excited to welcome him as part of our team of professional and experienced home inspectors!

Rick brings exceptional service, kindness and experience to his clients. Prior to becoming a full time home inspector many years ago, Rick spent over two decades in the construction trades as a General Contractor. His professional credential and certificates stand out among the home inspectors in the Vancouver, WA and the SW Washington area.

Rick is a full member if InterNACHI – The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (06110605); a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector with the WSDA – Washington State Department of Agriculture (66763); a full member of the WSPMA – The Washington State Pest Management Association; and Rick is working towards full membership with ASHI – The American Society of Home Inspectors (249333).

In his spare time Rick enjoys spending time at the coast and is a BMW motorcycle enthusiast, joining both local and national BMW tours and rallies.
