During the past 13.5 years of selling real estate I have gained an abundance of knowledge concerning the local market by selling or participating in the sale of over 400 homes.  I often tell people this is not a business of just selling homes, but rather building lasting relationships... ones that continue long after the final "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed!

The business model Realtors operate in today is far different than in December of 1993 when I started out.  At that time the Broker controlled all listing information and consumers almost always had to work with an agent to buy and sell homes. 

Today, consumers are empowered as never before, but I'm a firm believer that Realtors are still vital in the real estate transaction.  Our job has evolved from being a conduit of information to one of a counselor, helping consumers evaluate the avalanche data that many times overwhelms them! 

That is the catalyst for this blog site.  Simply to provide you, the consumer, information regarding real estate without a sales pitch included!  So look around, and check back often, because this site is living and breathing and following the ebb and flow of the marketplace.
