Due to the Arrogance of the "Texas Board Of Professional Engineers" I am required to tell you that "Engineering reports are provided by Independent Engineer Consultants". Somehow this makes the Texas Board Of Professional Engineers fell better about themselves at night when the curl up in there little engineering beds.

Safety First is not the "Deal Killer" as some Inspectors seem to brag about. We reveal the issues in the home in a calm, relaxed, non-scary way as to not push the homebuyer out the door running to hrte hills. The Inspection deficiancies are still present if just my understanding that I do not have to scare off the clients to prove that I know more that they do about a home.
