My wife and looked hard and long for the opportunity to change our cold northern environment and high speed way of life. Eastern North Carolina gave us the opportunity to do just that. With over 40 years sales experience and a family steeped in the real estate business it was a easy fit. My wife and I found working as a team with our clients gave us the opportunity to be attuned to both of the clients needs. 6 years later we have developed a very successful business based on close communication and educating the client to make wise decisions in the real estate market. It has been a great ride and we hope to bring others along for that ride.

Within a 15 minute drive from downtown Wilmington are multiple beaches, golf courses, colleges and a new medical center. The highly diversified economy has helped this area from being overly effected by this economy. A thriving seaport, corporate offices, movie industry production, large university systems, historic downtown tourest area and so much more. This is a area for today and in the future to live or invest.
