About Us:

I have been in the Real Estate market for over 9 years.  Began my career working with a 20 year veteran of the RE Business with whom I learned a lifetime of knowledge, and became a Realtor over 7 years ago.  I have a love of working with people, helping them find the perfect place or helping them sell their current home.  I have been blessed from day one in this business and most of my business is referral based.  My business is not about me it is about my clients, their family and their happiness. I can relate to everyone because at one time or the other I have been where they are, learned from it and got better because of it.  I consider myself a customer service oriented person and happiness for my client is extremely important in my business especially since my business is mostly referral based.  If I won't live in a home I will not sell it to you and your family.

I was referred to Cindy through a friend. I was very ill with COPD, she came in and told me what I needed to do but I was unable to do. I found a place in another town close to my family, she told me if I would move out she would make my place shine.  It had been on the market for a month in a very hot market with no offers.  I moved out and she went to work, right after I moved out my water heater went out and I lived 2 hours away.  She took care of it all because I didn't have any extra cash.  After all was said and done, my home sold in 2 days after she finished, to another RE Agent. I met Cindy when I was looking for a rental, 1 year later the landlord needed the home for her daughter. I phoned Cindy because I remembered her energy and love of what she was doing. In a few short weeks and many homes later, she would preview, take pictures email them to me at work and meet me after work if the home looked good. She was diligent, extremely honest and very hard working. She found a house and called to say she had found the perfect house for me, hour later had pictures, few hours later I saw it after work and loved it right away and wrote a contract on it that same evening and it was excepted.  I am a teacher in the PWC school district. I was hesitant at first but was referred to her by a few fellow colleagues in the school where I taught and was surprised that more than one teacher in the HS I worked at had used her.  She was patient, never pushy, I procrastinated for some time and she would drop me a note from time to time, Christmas card at Christmas, and finally I called and decided I had killed enough time.  Long story short she got me into a town home that I love close to where I work.  I called her and she actually went out with me a (bachelor) to pick out and buy a dishwasher for the new house.  She took care of me before and after closing, I would highly recommend her to any and everyone.  B.W
