If we were to break the numbers dow you would see that our firms sales come from as follows: 71.62% single famliy home sales, 8.75% vacant land sales, 11.44% commercial transactions, 3.03% Multi famliy Units (4 or bigger), and 5.16% other types of property sales.
On a side note, I personally have been involved with EXIT Realty on a regional level as well. I personally represent EXIT Realty as its regional owner in the State of North Dakota. I work with local agents in that region to generate a profitable network of offices throughout the state.
