A Personal Note
"I moved to the Atlanta area from Oklahoma about fifteen years ago with Target Stores. I was a Store Manager on special assignment to train store teams for the company's expansion to the Southeast. I left Target in 1992 to start Party City, and over ten years my partners and I developed 24 stores in Metro Atlanta. My beautiful wife, Angela and I have five daughters from age 14 to 20, and they keep us on our toes. I play the guitar, Angela sings, and we are very active in our church's music ministries."

Robert Bliss of Harry Norman Realty Company sold my home in 2005.  We listed the house with him in August 2005, and he had a contract in October 2005. The actual closing was November 3, 2005 - Robert worked extremely hard to make this happen.

Before listing with Robert, I talked with another realtor who suggested I list my house at $15,000 below what Robert thought the house might appraise for.  The house actually sold for $10,500 more than what the other realtor suggested.

 Robert explained in detail all the plans he had to market our home.  He did a very professional job and actually did much more than even he told us he would do when we signed the contract. We could not have been more pleased with the superb service we received. We had never met Robert prior to selling our home, but we now consider him and his wife dear friends.

We were always kept well informed of potential buyers.  He and his wife, Angela, offered suggestions on minor improvements that we could make to improve the appearance of the house.
