Thanks for sending over the comps and original MLS sheet on this home, it certainly looks much better with out the white paint. We really like the way the numbers or looking on this property. At this point I would like to discuss moving forward on this one. I would like to meet with your mortgage broker to discuss some financing options and secure that end of the transaction.
