Thanks for sending over the comps and original MLS sheet on this home, it certainly looks much better with out the white paint.  We really like the way the numbers or looking on this property.  At this point I would like to discuss moving forward on this one.  I would like to meet with your mortgage broker to discuss some financing options and secure that end of the transaction.  Secondly, we would like to sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement with you.  We appreciate the time you have spent with us, and we also value and respect your opinions.  We had met with a couple of other Realtors prior to getting in touch with you and the majority of them either did not take us seriously...or just simply seemed apathetic about earning our business.  So, thank you again for all of your time and effort.
