About Ron:

Ron has been working in the Real Estate market for 9 years.  He is an incredibly hard worker for his clients.  Ron's clients know that when he lists their home or helps them buy the home of their dreams, they can count on his knowledge of the market to help them make the right decisions.  Coming from a banking background, it helps the client feel comfortable about their decision to work with our team knowing the process that we take to make sure we get the most value for their home.   All of our homes are appraised by a licensed appraiser prior to the listing - period.  Anytime we are working with a Buyer Client, we perform the same process prior to making any offers to purchase a home.  This is a cost that we, as your Real Estate Professionals, provide for you in order to make sure that our clients are receiving the best services possible.

Ron resides in New Albany with his wife Julie, and their daughter Victoria (Tori).  They love to take vacations to Disney World.  Ron is a girls Basketball Coach for the Church of the Nazzarene Recreation Dept.  He is the President of the Community Events Board for the Village of New Albany, which is a 3-year appointed position.  Additionally, Ron has been working the Granville 4th of July Street Fair in Granville for the past 9 years with his business partner and great friend, Norm Ingle.  If you are relocating to the New Albany or Granville area, please call Ron for your New Albany Real Estate or Granville Real Estate needs.
