About me:

Certified by the NNA, I am also bonded and have been background checked through Nexus Lexis. I have owned businesses, and realize the magnitude of conducting these types of loan transactions from BOTH sides of the table. Personality wise, I am easy going and relaxed, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort for the borrower(s). Furthermore, I am confident in what I do, thus creating a bond of trust with the borrower(s).

My priorities are professionalism in appearance (always in slacks, dress shirt, and tie), punctuality (I drive a late model car with GPS), precision (I always go over the documents with the borrower(s) at the completion of the signing), and preparation ( I check the documents before the assignment, and anticipate driving time to borrower(s) home).

In addition, I am a problem solver. I use common sense and good communication to resolve any issues the borrower(s) may have (while staying within the boundaries of being an impartial witness). I will lead the borrower(s) to the proper sources in order to resolve any inconsistencies in the documents as well as communicating any issues with my client.

In closing, this way of doing business has worked extremely well for me in the over 250 signings I have done.

As previously mentioned, I act in the capacity of Certified Notary Signing Agent. I am not a realtor. Insofar as areas of expertise are concerned, I have done the following types of signings:  New purchases, Firsts and seconds, HELOC's, Assumption mortgages, Re-finances, Reverse mortgages, Business mortgages, and a number various notarizations unrelatede to our industry.

As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I don't get 'testimonials'. What I DO get is repeat business from my clients. My promise to these clients is that I do the job once, with accuracy, leaving the borrower(s) with a feeling that they have done the right thing.
