I love real estate. I chose this career when I was very young, and have always been involved with it in some aspect. I knew the first time I walked into my first real estate office, starting a new job at the age of 15, I was home. This was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I started out as an administrator, assisting real estate agents, answering phones and scheduling appointments. I also went to school full-time.

As soon as I was old enough to get my license as a salesperson, I did. I worked as a salesperson, went to college full-time and also worked as an administrator in the top sales brokerage in the area. My start in this top office led to great opportunities and experiences.

Today, I am the Office Manager of Five Corners Properties in Scarsdale. Five Corners has one of the largest National and International Networks. Unlike other international offices, ours actually work together to sell all of our properties. By utilizing this "cross selling" technique, our exclusive listings are able to reach the most amount of potential buyers.

I remember when I first started working in Real Estate, most buyers were "local" and came from the surrounding areas. Because Scarsdale is only 30 minutes by train to New York City, and the schools are highly rated, it is a very sought-after area. Many buyers were from New York City, and were ready to raise families and didn't want to compete for the best city schools. Today, buyers still move up North from NYC, however, they are just as often coming from out-of-the-country, or out-of-state. My office's ability to reach people across the world brings us much more visiblity for our sellers and brings more choices for buyers.
