Who I Am!
A few years ago I retired from my position as a psychologist after a long career, but quickly found that I was bored and was looking for something new and exciting to do. I certainly have found it in real estate!
My husband of 42 years and I have two daughters--one is 39, single, and a professional makeup artist who lives in Oklahoma City. The other is 32 and married. She and her husband currently live in Pennsylvania where they are natural gas landmen.
I like gardening, watching the History Channels and HGTV, home decor and design, and photography. I also enjoy networking with others on facebook. I most like spending time with our family and friends.
What I Do!
I am a long-time resident of northwest Oklahoma City, and am very well-acquainted with Oklahoma City and Edmond. My realty company, Paradigm AdvantEdge Realty is the second largest locally owned realty company in the OKC metro area. I am very well equipped to assist my clients in finding just the right new or existing home. My company provides a highly-experienced and knowledgeable professional staff to ensure that my clients receive the highest level of service.
I take care of my clients! I really enjoy getting to know my clients personally, assessing their needs, and assisting them in reaching their goals. I personally assist them through every step of the real estate transaction. I take great care in preparing a well-researched market analysis, assist sellers in evaluating the marketability of their homes, and will stage my sellers' homes to ensure that they sell as quickly and at the highest price possible. As well, I love to assist buyers in finding that special place to call home, and work tirelessly to accomplish that goal. There is nothing more satisfying for me than handing the keys to their new home to my buyer at closing, and I will work hard to see that happen for you or your clients!
