I am new to the real estate and mortgage market, but I am learning very quickly. My mortgage license hangs with Meridian Financial in St.Petersburg Florida. I am also a loss mitigator for a company by the name of "Save Our Home from Foreclosure" which specializes in loss mitigation and short sale processing. I am looking to teach real estate agents how to process a short sale and take the fear and time consuming aspects away from it. Short sales are going to be very prevalent in the new and foreseeable future and a good way to bring in some money during this down time in the market. Many agents are hesitant to take on short sales because they don't know how to present their offer to the lender. I am here to ease your concerns and do all of the "dirty" work so you can focus what you are good at, listing and selling properties. Once I have come to your office to teach your company what Save Our Home from Foreclosure is all about, you will ask me "How do I sign up?"
