About Us:
Mungo List was created in the Spring of 2008. I came up with the concept while on vacation. I began to brainstorm about ways to change my brokerage firms strategy and to make us more efficient. The result was an innovative concept that enables brokers and agents to collect a commission but also be paid a fee for the service provided. Now there are plenty of fee for service models out there but Mungo List has several elements that make it stand out from the crowd.
I cannot reveal all of our plans just yet but it truly has the potential to change the industry by rewarding the brokers and agents that add the most value to their customers experience. In today's market, consumers want options and Mungo List will provide an innovative choice that adds significant value.
The Beta version of the Mungo List website will be going live in late fall 2009!
