  Rob Adler is the fourth generation Real Estate Agent in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. The firm "Charles Adler and Son" was founded by the principal's great grandfather Charles Adler in 1896. Stanley D. Adler Jr. started Pennsylvania Commercial Properties in 1972. The principal's father served as President until his death in 2000 at which time Rob Adler became president. The four aforementioned generations have all been members of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors.

Pennsylvania Commercial Properties is a type of holding company with many affiliated entities engaged in both brokerage and ownership of all types of real estate. Ownership is vested in Rob Adler.

Over his 25 years as a Realtor, Adler has personally completed and coordinated more than $250 million in residential, commercial and investment real estate sales. Background   

Rob Adler joined the firm "Charles Adler and Son" in August 1986 as a sales agent in its residential division. He became a member of the Million dollar production club in his first year.

In September 1987 he joined Penna. Commercial Properties as a commercial Realtor, partner and investor.

In June 1995 to present he joined Coldwell Banker, doing business now as Prudential Homesale Services Group in a pursuit to acquire, manage and operate residential new home communities and residential home brokerage.

    • Eighty (80) lots residential subdivision overlooking the Colonial Country club (beneficial owner of a partnership interest).

    • Builder selection and marketing of lots and homes, sold as a package to ultimate consumer.

    • Largest single home sale price in this community was One Million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000.00).

    • Performed similar duties as above. Sold townhomes to ultimate consumer.
  • Silver Creek, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pa.
    • One Hundred and fifty two (152) lots townhome community.
    • Brokered land to Builder/developer.
  •  Meadows of Ashcombe, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pa.
    • Seven Hundred and Fifty Two (752) units, a mixed use of townhomes and single family homes.
    • Successfully negotiated sale and Sold the second largest new home community ever in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
    • Aided in obtaining the conditional use approval needed by Monroe Township.
