Roberta's goal in Real Estate Staging is to help Agents and Sellers receive the highest profit in the quickest amount of time, no matter how the market is doing. She can use what is already in the home, or bring in furnishings for a vacant home. Staging is more than cleaning and de-cluttering, it is more about furniture and accessory placement to enhance the selling features of the home and adding the "WOW" factor that will make the home top in its market. Her redesign goals are to help her clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited to be in their own home. Creating comfortable surroundings on a budget and facing the challenge of using everyday items in a new way have always been fun for her. She loves helping others feel better about their lives by creating beautiful and restful spaces within their own homes.
