Purpose
My ultimate goal is to wow my clients and provide a service that has them raving. Purchasing or selling real estate consists of huge transactions, complicated decisions, and is most likely the most expensive purchase to date for the parties invloved. Without close attention to detail, complete knowledge of the transaction process, organization, and excellent communication, the likelyhood of complications increase.
To be able to provide each and every client with the perfect service, I must understand, learn, and internalize their goals, wants, and needs. Combining that information with my knowledge of the market conditions and the current inventory allows me to create a unique plan that will maximize the clients desired outcome. Non pressured situation to allow for a relaxed and comfortable experience.
With a B.S. degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics, I have always enjoyed numbers and logic. Creating detailed market analysis to understand the value whether buying or selling.
Finally, I have always considered buying or selling property to be an exiting time regardless if you are a buyer or a seller. Whether you are purchasing a home to live in, or one as an investment, it is exciting. Whether you are selling an investment property or you are selling your home because you are moving, it is exciting. Closing a chapter in your life, or starting a new one, is what it is all about. Working with people that are ready to make these exciting decisions, and being able to help them acheive their goals and close or open that chapter in their life creates a lifelong bond and friendship that is priceless.
Areas of Expertise
I currently live in Irvine and spend most of my time researching and marketing in Irvine. However my goal is to move out to a coastal city such as Laguna Beach or Corona Del Mar. To make the transition from Irvine to the coastal city, I have been spending time learning the market out in those areas, and have even picked up several listings and currently working with buyers interested in coastal properties.
My clients include first time home buyers, seasoned home buyers, high end coastal properties, and one of my favorite.....expired listings. There is no better feeling than working with an upset home owner, who's listing expired and is full of disappointment, and figuring out where the problem was and getting the property sold....To help someone accomplish their goal after a dissapointing attempt is an experience that is too sweet. I am very passionate about helping, and offer nothing less that 100%, therefore, I enjoy helping those who want my help.
A day hasn't gone by that I haven't learned something new. It is a never ending learning experience that I welcome with open arms.
