When it comes to families, Robin & David Mann know where their priorities are
When you are born one of four children, you are subject to all the joys and obstacles of sibling rivalry. Though you might be overshadowed at times, you might also be spoiled with love from such a family.
The oldest of the four, Robin was fortunate to have a younger sister and two younger brothers who, with the example of two wonderful parents, taught her the meaning of love and the importance of close family. At home, a feeling of togetherness was ever present whether playing or doing chores. Her parents showed her the value of integrity and hard work, and these are principles that drive her today. "I learned no matter what the job is you always use your head and your heart and give 100%"
Robin has never met a stranger. From the moment you meet her, she is your friend. That's an attribute her mother first noticed when she was younger, and today that shining quality helps people feel comfortable with her right away. "When people are relaxed, it's easier to get to know them and find out what their dreams really are," she says. "Once I know that, I can work to make their dreams a reality."
Over the early years of David's childhood his family moved a lot. That is why when his family settled in Georgia almost three decades ago, having a place to call "home" meant something extra special.
As a teen, David went to work after school. After graduation David joined the U.S. Air Force where he served four years. When David returned home, he began working for a major airline continuing his career in aircraft maintenance.
David's family is the focal point of his world. He's a loving husband and a devoted father. When David & Robin started their family, David worked hard so Robin could stay home with their two daughters. "My family comes first," David says. "I make sure that every decision I make is in their best interest."
Robin and David grew up in South Fulton County and have also lived in Coweta and Fayette Counties. They currently reside in the town of Tyrone. They love living south of Atlanta and wouldn't dream of raising their girls anywhere else. They believe there is a quality of life here that begins with the ideals of its great people. "Our values, dreams, and aspirations are the same wholesome, true, and solid goals that our parents and grandparents strived for," Robin explains.
They have a deep commitment to their family and understand the value of home and family. As parents they know relocating families are concerned with their children's educational needs and recreational activities as well.
