My husband and I relocated to the Hendersonville and Asheville area in Western NC in 1998.  We are fifth generation Floridians but when visiting the area we fell in love with the beautiful mountains, change of seasons, small town feel and ambiance and friendliness of the Hendersonville area community.  Western NC has so much to offer and we plan on calling this home for a long time.  My husband Mike is a licensed building contractor, licensed Home Inspector with ASHI and has now become a licensed REALTOR in Hendersonville NC.  I find him an invaluable asset when I have questions over structural, etc. issues.

I received my BSBA marketing degree from Western NC University and have previously worked in the architectural/construction industry for many years.  This background has been very beneficial to me in conducting my real estate business.  I'm proud to say that in my first year as a REALTOR I was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and have continued the trend.  I have since obtained my Broker license and the National Association of REALTORs e-Pro (internet savvy) Certification to help me better serve our on line clients and customers.  I strongly agree with the importance of continuing education to stay up to date on current trends in the market and to assist me in providing quality service to my clients and customers.  I specialize and am knowledgeabe in residential, commercial and land transactions in 9 counties of the Western NC area that I service.

Sue Nett is my Web Assistant and is generally the first responder to my emails and created and maintains my Web Sites.  She is a licensed REALTOR and e-PRO Certified and had actively listed and sold properties for 11 years before deciding it was time to work from home as her husband has some medical issues.  Sue is a valuable asset to my business and when I/she gets the blog going she will be contributing as well.
